Song List

Within the app there is a 'surprise me' option on the song selection. This selects songs from when you were aged between 6 and 15 years old. These songs engage your brain very quickly, and trigger a response. We do this to support you maintaining your daily schedules and routines, supporting better mental health and supporting people to challenge their ADHD and other cognitive issues.
